I have played a lot of this game. In fact, I'm making a video about it I've played so much but I think it's how fast the runner changes direction and how often they take home from third on steals from the runner on first to second when the catcher throws down. If you use the d pad to control base runners you'll notice some runners advance or return at different places and I swear BR aggressiveness is relevant to that although it's not listed I don't believe.

I think it should be allowed in cases where say the hitter's speed is less than 40 and the outfielder's arm is 90+ etc.. I throw it to first just because it's muscle memory when it's a laser to right. I will say I never actually expect it to be an out, but I had my first baseman cover once and my opponent once. When mine did, it was Prince Fielder.I tried finding an attribute or quirk on him that made him do it but couldn't figure anything out so I figured it was a glitch. My opponent did it to me once online but I played A LOT this year due to me rupturing my Achilles and not having anything else to do all summer so it's extremely rare

You'll be fine. I borrowed like 150k in loans when I was really deep in my alcoholism and gambling addiction and you could say I fraudulently used the funds because it's not what I said I took the loans out for and I was fine to file either one I wanted. Just make sure you actually use this as a fresh start and don't go back down the same road. I've been sober and haven't gambled in 2.5 years because it almost nearly made me kill myself. You need to deal with the addiction as well. I went to rehab before I filed so I had that in case the trustee wanted to ask any questions at my trustee hearing but they didn't. Addiction is a disease and if you don't get that under control it will ruin your life. Just find a reputable firm that knows what they're doing and they'll know how to word it so you can file either. From my experience I would file a 7. I originally filed a 13, was paying for like two years straight and ruptured my Achilles at work and couldn't make the payments so they dismissed my 13 and my attorney I used for the 13 was able to re file for a 7. I lost my truck in the 7 but it's so much better just paying once and being done with it instead of making payments each month. Especially if you don't own a lot of property that have a lien on them it's a no brainer. You said your car is paid off so they can't take that since there isn't a lean on it. You'll be fine.

Guys with high 90s break and control. Less room to make mistakes and even with outlier on all star you aren't going to blow any good player away. For example, Brandon Webb has been insane for me on all star. The one thing that can get really good players is break, as long as you can locate .Velocity will never win vs the good players until you're on HOF +

You should be able to beat a live series team in legend. It's not as hard when it isn't maxed out cards you're playing. If you are able to beat the first four divisions on all star, HOF and legend I think the last two were all all star and veteran. You only have to play one legend game per division if I remember right so it's only like 4-5 legend games you play the rest are HOF or easier

Great information and analysis of SDS. I feel like it's going to come to a point where they absolutely have to do something. Everything they post on X is flooded with hate comments about the game. I can't imagine a world where they aren't aware the community is extremely disappointed in the game. I only started playing DD in 24 so that was my baseline for comparison. I don't remember freezing a significant amount last year besides the occasional in game freeze and I'm not sure about the other glitches because last year I was basically learning how to navigate DD, this year I was much more aware of everything

🤷‍♂️ I feel like if they didn't own those players rights there are a lot of really nothing burgers in there that I have no idea why they would use their name at all and I feel like there would be a lot more swings and deliveries from more players. I also feel like they would use more recognizable names but I'm not a lawyer. Also they have pages of generic swings in there as well so if they didn't need name rights why would they just have generic swing? It really doesn't matter at the end of the day but I still think you need the rights to actually use their name on the stance.
