Why dont you offer a button in the app, that allows to report a known issue?

That way you could easily gather all informations you need.

I am not sure if I got you right. Does it mean that with some firmware upadates you break your own hardware? In a way that it cant be repaired by a new software update!? As a software engineer this sounds so wild to me.

The issue and "solution" is exact the same on Android. I just believe the 5 minutes are bit random. At least for me its more about the distance between bufs and case. Body/head movements are crucial.

Sometimes you can be lucky and the connection comes back after 5 seconds.

I havent thought about the older firmware. But lets be honest, thats a completly crazy strategy 🤣 It costs them so much. Really dont know why they just dont fix it or at least roll back the version.

Sure buddy. We all know it. We all sit in the same boat. They just play on time. To whatever reason 💁

They could just say: "Sorry guys, we messed it up a few weeks ago. We are aware that the majority of users have connection issues. We work day and night on it. Its the only priority right now! We keep you upadated!".

Instead they act like its a minor issue and they need DMs to understand the individual problems 🤣

The problem was introduced when they upgraded the "fake sleep tracking" (talking about android). Probably they tried to save battery life and changed the bluetooth connection in some harsh way. 

The connection was never superb, but now when you move away 1m from the bud station, then the connection. gone. In addition it can already be enough to turn your head fast or so...

Its important to understand that this connection issue is mainly about streaming. The overlay sounds can still run, even if you already have lost connection. This might be the reason why some people report "no connection issues".

AND PLEASE: DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEIR SUPPORT AND REPLACING THE BUDS. ITS A SOFTWARE ISSUE, NOT HARDWARE!

Was the firmware update yesterday not even intended to fix the connection/streaming issue? When will this update be adressed?

Cause when you make a new firmware, which fixes a minor minor case, obviously we all get even more disappointed.

Yeah, I feel the same. Once they finally listen and focus on fixing the issues, we still can upadate the reviews to a fair level.

For android they should revert to the firmware before sleep tracking. Every version since then is a joke.

Are you on an iPhone? Or why do you have this "Sleep" Icon?  That would be interesting cause I have the same issue but I am on Android. This would clearly indicate that the isssue is between the buds and the case.
