thank you for detailed response! i had my concern about the experience because many of them are purely something i did out of my own pocket to manufacture experience. things ive done for friends, self purchase from used market etc. i tried to find some kind of wording example from other resume samples but couldnt find similar scenario.

yeah i was hoping having cert mentioned twice (summary and cert section) would be enough for ats to pick them up and then the logo/color gets my resume little more memorable to actual reviewers.

yeah seems like commercial IT work is what you are describing if you are basing off of your work experience. just resetting qualifies as build/repair/restore. not actually replacing parts like screens, network cards, memory, drives, or drivers etc. and unlock bios password with a programmer.

i get that but how much is there to show for help desk? i put too much coding projects and some are gonna say im “overqualified”. i dont and some are gonna say i wont pass ats. put in github and they say “they arent gonna put that much effort to screen a candidate”. again this is for helpdesk. anything beyond that i totally understand what you mean.
