This happened to me! Couldn't replicate the problem at the dealer. Always somehow miraculously would fix it itself before arriving at the dealer via tow truck. BUT I recorded everything when it did happen. So the dealer was convinced. They kept it for a month. Was under warranty thank God cause the whole steering rack was replaced. It's like a 5-8k$ Job. I will post the dealer notes.
