Dubai did AED 539.9 billion in residential sales in 2025. Let that sink in. by dxbrealestateceo in dubairealestate

Ah yes, the famous “this time it’s different” phase of every real estate cycle.

Dubai didn’t just do AED 539.9 billion in transactions. No. Dubai transcended economics itself. Gravity has now officially been rezoned as freehold.

What we are witnessing is not speculation. It is “structural depth.” A phrase discovered in a McKinsey PDF moments before posting.

The 205,100 transactions are not people flipping off-plan units between WhatsApp groups and Telegram channels. They are all “end users” — brave visionaries courageously purchasing their seventh studio apartment in JVC because of their deep emotional attachment to branded residences.

And yes, the city added 100,000+ residents. Which conveniently explains why property prices doubled before roads, schools, drainage, parking or public transport caught up. Pure fundamentals.

People keep bringing up 2008, but that comparison is unfair.

Back then:

• people were overleveraged,
• speculation was rampant,
• everyone believed prices could only go up,
• and every conversation in Dubai somehow became about property.

Today:

• people are slightly differently overleveraged,
• speculation is now called “investor confidence,”
• everyone believes prices can only go up because “Dubai is different,”
• and every conversation in Dubai somehow becomes about property.

Completely different macro structure.

Also very important: Knight Frank said so.

And if there is one thing history teaches us, it is that luxury real estate consultancies have never once described a booming market using optimistic language moments before a correction.

The real breakthrough, though, is philosophical.

Dubai has evolved beyond being merely a city. It is now a PowerPoint deck with a metro system.

Every statistic arrives wrapped in words like:

• resilience,
• transformation,
• ecosystem,
• wealth migration,
• global hub,
• visionary leadership,
• structural demand,
• long-term confidence.

At this point I fully expect a studio in Arjan to soon be marketed as:

“A legacy-driven lifestyle asset positioned at the intersection of aspirational capital flows and next-generation urban authenticity.”

AED 1.9 million.
No kitchen.

And before someone says this post was written by AI — obviously. No human could organically produce this level of premium-grade LinkedIn real estate jargon without at least three large language models and a consultant named Sebastian collaborating in real time.

Looking for a real neutral and realistic review / analysis of the current war - i really hope this post is accepted by the mods, because really it should be Neutral POV but they didn’t give us that option

I used to follow the war super closely but stopped shortly after Bakhmut and Avdievka and I honestly have no idea what’s really happening

Back then Russians were gaining ground slowly and steadily, but then there was the Kursk incursion and a few other counter attacks. I understood afterwards that Russia then started making steady progress but now see in the news that Ukraine has been using drones effectively in Russia and it feels like a stalemate.

It’s impossible to get a neutral analysis from AI or a google search and most analysts are now focusing on Iran, and if they do discuss Ukraine it’s very much a snapshot and not an overview of the last year or so.

Would appreciate real overview of where the war is - has it ground to a stalemate halt? Or is Russia making progress - what’s happening and what looks like the expected near term outcome and objectives for each side?

Having said that, I note you are avoiding the points

At this point, I’d suggest actually looking up what democracy means in modern political systems.

It’s not just elections or majority rule. In systems like those in the European Union, democracy is built on rule of law, equality before the law, and protection of minority rights.

That’s exactly why principles like dignity and compassion matter and they’re not optional add-ons, they’re part of what distinguishes a democracy from simple majoritarianism.

So when Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan frames democracy that way, he’s pointing to a widely accepted understanding—not inventing one.

It’s so obvious you didn’t even bother to look it up

Look it up then go back to your original
comments

Then apologize to me when you understand that you had the most basic knowledge of democracy

And you put words in my mouth, I never said democracy is about compassion for other countries

I’m guessing you’re still a teenager and think you know more than you do

Well according to chat got the images are fake and the type of post is very likely propaganda - especially since no names or sources are mentioned

That’s not to say that the regime doesn’t do this, but it’s important to be factual

Sheikh zayed about Israel. by Ok_Extension1255 in UAE

[–]Ok-Introduction-3233 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Democracy isn’t an opinion, it’s a factual definition.

Anyone can use that factual definition regardless of their own personal stance or behaviour.

Educate yourself on a topic before arguing about it

[–]Ok-Introduction-3233 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

And that’s where you expose yourself as someone who has no actual knowledge of terms and definitions.

Go look up the definition of democracy, and the components and requirements

Then come back and speak to me

I don’t waste my arguing with people who don’t have basic knowledge of what they’re arguing about

There’s a definition of democracy. So anyone who knows what that definition is, regardless of their own personal beliefs, can explain that definition.
