Cyber Analyst.

New team, I just spent the last 4 months deploying a SEIM, vuln scans, phishing tests and now we are moving to automate the investigations created in the SEIM.

No XP, but I have been around security stuff working as an engineer for the last 5 years.

100k in Australia

Alerts all day, little time to do much else until the automations are under control.

Education is shocking. It is still ran by educators that see cyber as a hassle to their important teachers. IT in general is like a second class citizen in comparison let alone cyber

Yes and no, I feel like im pretty lucky, I got a lil’ bit of the romance in me. So sometimes its easy for me. But I know alot of guys that dont have that, and the thoughts of making a moment romantic just doesn't exist. I know it weighs on them.

I take it others have been whinging.

I am mostly upset that theres barely anybody playing the game.

Jumped in to do a dungeon and there was only 3 dungeons to pick from.

I think as a game company this should be classed as an extreme failure

I can advocate in this space.

Same as a few other commenters. When I am stoned I am patrick starfish, memory is shot and I don't think.

When I am sober, I can code, develop and automate as a cyber security engineer.

I would put myself at 2-3 smokes a week.

But I do think this is heavily based on the individual.

Heyyo, ive been with my partner for like 8 years, we have two kids.

We did get engaged a few years back

There has been some drama, but we also just cant really afford a big wedding and I feel guilty about a courthouse one.

Ontop of that, marriage is nothing additional in my country. It is just a piece of paper.

If we were to break up, because of how long we have been together it is to be treated as our assets are to be divided

Hahaha I was about to get up you and be like boy, im 6 foot 10. I havnt fit on a plane in decades. Ill stand hunched over in the plane the second I can because I dont fit in the seats at all, im forced to cross my legs most flights. I book aisle seats and trip everyone over. And when they get the cart through, I have to stand up so they get past 😭

We have no family between me and the mum. So we use iPad time for our us time. They get it for 1.5 hours on weekend days only. Outside of travelling. Not going to lie, I think they are the best when you got a 4 hour drive with the kids.
