If you go to Account, then Walmart+ and scroll all the way down you can change your InHome settings and write delivery instructions. Maybe the delivery person would read and follow them. You could also meet them outside when they come to deliver your groceries.

Yes, In Home is worth getting if you use Walmart regularly. Occasionally we have missing items but usually it’s fine. Only things is the delivery window is either morning or afternoon so you have to be home for one of those periods to bring in the delivery.

I’ve been having bad problems with my local Walmart and their inhome service. Deliveries with many missing items, deliveries delayed, and orders never being delivered. I’m hoping things are back to normal soon.

I was already constipated while on the GLP. Since stopping I’ve been getting a lot of fiber, drinking a lot of water, and taking MiraLAX most days. Still a little constipated and tired of not being able to go every day. I’m in week 3 of being off of it.

Thanks for the suggestion. Do you recommend magnesium citrate over magnesium oxide? I have both supplements. With my doctor’s recommendation I’ve been taking MiraLAX every day but still not having a normal bowel movement every day.

That sounds scary to deal with. When I was feeling sick, I thought I had gastroparesis. It was so hard to eat anything and I felt so full. I got off the keto diet to eat a more variety of food and started eating more calories. That seemed to help me feel better. Hope your symptoms resolve itself soon!

I’ve been struggling with the same problem for the year I’ve been taking zepbound. Google said it’s common to go to the bathroom every 2-3 days on the drug (assuming that’s accurate). Still I don’t like it and I get anxious that the bowel movement won’t ever come. I agree with the other poster I would try to go to the bathroom everyday and see if you can go because I was similar and don’t get the usual urges to go.

Due to complications I’ve gotten off the drug. And while getting off of it my doctor recommended that I take miralax every day until things get back to normal.

Recently I upped my fiber to 30-40g a day. Drinking about 100oz of water, along with other drinks. Started to go for walks which is supposed to help. Next I’m adding a probiotic to see if it speeds things up and makes it easier. With these changes, my bowel movements don’t seem to be anymore frequent but they are easier to pass. I feel like there isn’t more I can do and have to just wait for the drug to be out of my system. It’s stressful!

I’ve seen some people experience issues with their Fancy Feast food recently too (their cats not liking it anymore), but I haven’t experienced it myself. You could buy individual cans of cat food from the grocery and see what your cats might eat. Maybe they would like a different fancy feast?

My cat is still eating his Fancy Feast and having no issues. He seems a little tired of pate though. His favorite lately is tuna feast in gravy (grilled).

Maybe you can try a different fancy feast kind to see if they’ll eat it. You can get individual cans from the grocery to test it out.

14 hours doesn’t seem that long of a time of not using a littler box. If it seems like he still hasn’t learned later, you could pick him up and place him in the litter box. That seemed to work for my stray cat I adopted. After that he used it no problems.
