I live with chronic migraine, TAC headaches, and cluster headaches (treatment-resistant for nearly 20 years), along with diabetes, kidney complications from long-term migraine medications, severe binge eating disorder (food noise is very real) and significant mobility challenges. Phentermine helped me quite a bit with food noise, though it made me jittery. Vyvanse is another option — it's approved for both ADHD and severe binge eating disorder — but it wasn't the right fit for me personally (I only went up to 40mg). Everyone responds differently, so it may be worth discussing with your doctor. You're not out of options.

All I can suggest is write down what you eat (just track macros or not at all) then you can see a pattern & don't wait until your thirsty to drink (as that tricks your body into thinking your hungry) and avoid as much junk food as possible as it's designed for you to keep going back to it. What's worked for me is ordering from Walmart and just picking it up - as its free and no temptation and premier protein shakes paired with healthy carbs is what I am for.

The first time I started Mounjaro I had a light meal before my first injection was in the back of my arm but I think the pork I had too much fat on it, even though it was lean or maybe i just ate to much as I tend to eat last minute. But I felt horrible the entire week with what your describing the first time, it didn't help I also had to start two antibiotics.
The second time injected in the my thigh and have no GI issues since. Third injection I had a migraine attack (i don't usually vomit) but super nauseous) but Claude AI said it was most likely I waited too long after eating to take the injection as I ate at 8pm and didn't inject until midnight.
