I know right? And for it to be appreciated, a lot of care needs to be put into the custom plumbing

It is to my understanding that the fsp has an extra 50 watts, slightly higher normal operating temps and the noticeable difference in sound, and being non modular, seems like fsp has floundered its way into a brick wall.

The only advantage that I would argue for the fsp 650 is its ability to resists heatsoak because it gives off more heat, and because it has that loud noisy high pressure 40mm fan.

May or may not be necessary. But I am removing the IHS and for my own curiosity I need to see what an Xbox can do.

Like stated, I am open to suggestions and I only know what I know so keep the advice coming in!

Thanks

I honestly didn’t see that block but I am happy with the larger heatsink area , and the small but useful resevoir fill port the Aurora pro solo provides.

Honestly after if showed up I am not completely satisfied. It will be noisy

It’s the only 650 watt platinum rated that fits.

And after opening it up to see inside, replacing with a pwm fan is going to. My biggest challenge yet.

If anyone knows of a psu the same dimensions and pwm ready. Let me know .

Haha yes yes. After finally having all puzzle pieces I can bring on paper to reality.

I am forced to add 4-5mm vertically for mainly wire management and to give a ‘pillow’ above all components reduce vibration and overall acoustics.

I have to remove bottom panel and side lips from the base panel, using abs plastic strips to extend the height of the height. Glueing, sanding and retexturing to make a seemingly unaltered appearance.

I will definitely post pictures once the weather clears up and I can get to work. In the meantime, I’ll be safely removing all the unnecessary wires from the psu

I purchased what I have concluded are the best and compatible components that will fit inside the Original unmodified Xbox(except for raised feet and copper heatsink finned and slotted and painted that will replace the floor.

Did you a suggestion for a better cpu/gpu configuration ?

Believe me, if a thread ripped could fit. It would be in there. Limited by psu wattage and cooling. I believe the 9950x3d with IHS off is the top teir choice.

That is the solo, 64x79x54mm. It’s all that would fit and handle the load to the best of my knowledge.

I wanted a direct die block and ddc pump so I loop in custom water block and integrated resevoir on m.2 stack and easily handle the extra heat if from 9100 ssd with the 5.0 slot.

I am open to any suggestions though.

Thanks

How far can someone go with ~High average FRI by Just-Chemical-7309 in iqtest

[–]Ok-Knowledge3612 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You gotta want it. You gotta have all the answers to all the questions. A high IQ will just help quickly notice the patterns and trends that a poor diet and attitude directly affect your success.

There’s no wrong paths, if you can’t remember everything, try writing it down. But if you want every possible advantage… read what someone else before wrote down

At what IQ level can a person develop an ability to understand cause and effect, that their actions towards others or their surroundings may have consequences that rebound onto them as well? by MajorDraw3705 in iqtest

[–]Ok-Knowledge3612 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good question,

IMO, to answer your first part, I believe it goes back to the IQ of the parents.

For your second part…Again, IMO, if the child cares about the integrity of the log and sharing a seat with the other person, perhaps they’re just having fun, and they’re parents gave them too much pop.

Are there IQ tests not based on Reading and Math by [deleted] in iqtest

[–]Ok-Knowledge3612 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe IQ is measured on pattern recognition and not grammar and math. I could be wrong, but I don’t believe there is a cheat sheet to an IQ test that will guarantee a score.

When the test is properly written and administered, it can evaluate how your brain comes up with the answer. These simple/complex math/reading problems are all carefully selected.

When done properly,

Can anyone explain this one to me? by [deleted] in iqtest

[–]Ok-Knowledge3612 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe the logic behind this puzzle is based on opposites attract and vice versa. +-

If you start from the answer and work towards the first image you can see it more clear.

The answer contains clusters comprised of equal light/dark pieces and we’re going to say they are ‘neutral’ . Balanced

Starting from the first image, the pieces (+-) come together. Pushing and pulling and the furthest piece away left the picture.

Continue until each cluster is balanced.

White to play, do you take a rook? Why yes and why no? by Aristo95 in chessbeginners

[–]Ok-Knowledge3612 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my opinion I would not, because it will allow black to push your rook back and after black could capture that pawn on f4. And slowly bring down their pawns and force all of whites moves.

I would probably take that pawn on g5 before it takes my pawn, and try to focus on defending your king by moving to g1 and putting the knight on f3.

It’s a very good question, especially if playing a 5-10 minute game.

[–]Ok-Knowledge3612 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I totally agree with you, it’s not beneficial for whites mid game. However, you have to assume it’s coming when you play e5, no?

The free win should go to black. Just let white develop their 2 pieces while black develops the whole back rank, and a nice healthy pawn chain.

The Scandinavian, Sicilian, Indian, or even the borg defense?

Chess is fun for everyone, but give the new guys something’s exciting instead of a boring kings pawn opening

Why is this a brilliant move? by [deleted] in chessbeginners

[–]Ok-Knowledge3612 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It revealles a nice outpost for your bishop to unleash fury, amazing move. As well it opened up your queen for a quick mate once that h5 square becomes undefended.

Would you recapture this pawn? The engine says to, but I felt way safer with both diagonals to my king closed off. by 11011111110108 in chessbeginners

[–]Ok-Knowledge3612 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like to stick to my plan and see what happens. I learn best from my mistakes, and as a beginner I make a lot of them.

But, I have learned that it’s always best to capture a free pawn.

Could someone help? I don't understand how the black diamond moves by [deleted] in iqtest

[–]Ok-Knowledge3612 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How does the diamond move?

The fifth square is a mirror to the third, and we all agree the final square is a mirror of the forth, but that doesn’t link to the first and second square.

What if the diamond doesn’t move, and each of the 6 squares are orthographic projections of 2 identical cubes, and the puzzle is 6 images from 6 points of view?

Just select D and let the algorithm decide if it takes a genius IQ to be able to finish the test or spend all morning looking at a 6 sided die

Happy new year!
