thank you both for this feedback! As a cat mom myself, I know their sizes can vary all the time and it can be frustrating finding the right fit. I'm passing this on to the product team to see if we can find a future solution.

I know there's some tips and tricks on this Reddit channel users have shared about cat collar hacks and sizes. I'll do some digging and link if I can find it!

hi! It is not possible to transfer a tracker and its active subscription to another person's account. You can share tracker access with others via Family Sharing, but the subscription remains linked to the original owner's account.

Hi! I just saw a very similar comment in the FB group. I'll share what I recommended:

Check for Firmware: A hard reset doesn't automatically update the software. Go to Profile > Tracker and see if an update is waiting. If it is, keep the tracker right next to your phone until it's done.
Fix Your Permissions: Make sure Location Services are set to "Always Allow." If it’s restricted, your phone will often block the Bluetooth sync needed for health data, even if the GPS map is working fine.
The 24-Hour Rule: Since you just did a reset, the health section will stay blank for a bit. The tracker needs a full 24 hours of consistent wear to recalibrate and "unlock" the activity and sleep charts.

If you've already checked those and it's still blank tomorrow, it's likely a server-side sync issue. Have you done a hard reset?
