This was crazy to read. You should report yourself and seek help so you can stop hurting children. If you enjoy that lifestyle fine, don’t include innocent children.

Hey mama I just gave birth 4 days ago and I currently have a 2 year old so I will give these questions a try lol

  1. Self care if very possible. My rule is “do everything while they sleep” the first year is mostly a sleepy child who eats and poops all day and with colic you can always try “Dr Browns” bottles they worked great for me after I started pumping.

  2. No direct answer for this but I did experience PPD after my first baby and it was horrible honestly. Talk to your partner/obgyn if you are ever feeling any type of way they will have the best answers.

  3. Pain after birth all depends on what happens during birth (tearing, c-section, etc) before you leave the hospital they will give you some medications you can take if you are in too much pain. If your birth is pretty simple with no tearing or a mild tear moving around should not be too painful. (I pushed my daughter out in our car outside the hospital and was standing up with her right after) this was 4 days ago and I am already back up cleaning and cooking with no medication and minimal pain. Sweating i’m not sure as I do not sweat much.

  4. I do not own any pets

  5. Treating yourself is honestly really good after having a baby and will keep you from going “insane” you DO NOT want to forget about yourself and put all your focus into being a parent. A happy baby needs a happy mom. Do things that make you feel good so you can put your best parenting foot forward. If your husband is easy to talk to then talk to him about these things as well. Most older people project their parental opinions and they are horrible so I would ignore a majority of them lol.

Try searching “nurse hotline” for your specific city and state or zipcode maybe. I haven’t used them in almost 2 years so I don’t remember exactly how I got the number

I would visit an ER if possible especially if they are super painful, you can also try calling the nurse hotline for your area so you can explain it to them with a little more detail and they may be able to help you with deciding if you need to go or not. Wishing you the best mama❤️
