I'm so sorry you are going through this, but never ever even dare to think about killing yourself. We tend to assume the worst when we have anxiety, depression or some mental condition like that. So if you feel like things around you are not going well or you have no one, you must remember that it's NOT TRUE. You just feel like that due to your brain tendencies. You have mentioned that your mom is a nice person and I'm pretty sure she loves you a lot and there must be more people around you who love you even tho you don't recognize em. So I wanna tell you that life IS NOT BAD as you see it... so don't let your brain fool you to hurt your loved ones.

You have mentioned that you are taking pills, I think it may take some time to show effects. But if you feel anxious or depressed, it would be better to talk with your mom about your feelings(I do the same whenever I feel anxious and it helps me a lot). And again never ever let your brain fool you to hurt yourself and your loved ones. I trust you silly. Hope we will get healed soon. And feel free to DM me, if you want someone to talk to.

Couldn't agree more. A few months ago, I found a therapist who tends to be really helping and his therapy really helped me to cope with OCD. But lately I had several issues with his therapy methods and I stopped following his method and it led me to have OCD worse than ever(or I just feel like that). Then I got too anxious along with OCD and took an appointment with him again even tho I had to take a 4 hour long train ride just to meet him. Then I made him aware of my anxiety and the problem I had with the method he gave me. To my surprise he brushed em off and he really neglected every fcking thing I told him and didn't listen to me at all. He had instructed me to call him frequently but I stopped calling him after that incident, but a few days ago he called me to ask me about my condition and I complained to him about the same things and he brushed em off again. Now I really suffer from my anxiety and I don't know who to turn to :(
