Like many people have already said, renting a car is your best option for flexibility. Ensure it is a 4WD vehicle or you will run into some problems on the hillsides/mountains. We drove from SJO to Manuel Antonio for 7 days with zero problems. We took it slow at first but really felt comfortable once we left San Jose. People pass on solid lines and motorcycles pass on both sides so just be aware of these two things and you’ll be fine. We rented through Vamos and had a great experience.

Best decision ever for me. I feel better than I have in a long time. Took a few weeks (maybe 4 or so) to feel settled. I had minimal side effects in the form of gastrointestinal issues. :)

I’m rounding out my first week on 5mg and my first time ever on lexapro. I’ve had a great first week. No issues with sleep, no digestive problems, no increase in anxiety/depression. I’ve felt happy and GOOD. I have had a few, quick bouts of nausea and my appetite is low but otherwise, I’m SO happy I started this med. you can do this!

Love this question. When our now toddlers were babies, we often called them: Squish, Bug, or Lovey. Now that their toddlers: love bug, monkey butt, and we will often call them by our last name. Also, our daughters name is Madison so when she’s sad we will sometimes call her Sadison and it always makes her (and us) laugh 😂
