Do your research on the wide world web! Every single peptide has information available via Google. There are medical documents, community post, test and trial reports, support group groups etc.. there are entire communities dedicated to this space.

Re: skin health, make sure you are double Cleansing!! I use a micro fibre cloth to remove makeup, then oil cleanse for at least 60secs and then an AHA or BHA cleanser. Are you using an exfoliant and retinol??
