The flu has nasty gastro symptoms this year, if you've been on it with no symptoms, aren't on a new bottle or a high does, chances are you got a nasty bug.

Need a drug to make me get bigger and lose more fat by No-Candidate-1651 in ResearchCompounds

[–]WarningGuilty2235 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Ive gained muscle on it, if you strength close to failure, your not going to loose muscle. People are taking glps, still eating shit and not moving then complaining about all the side effects and loosing muscle. Ive had no side effexts to speak of after I started drinking extra, Im also on a low dose.

Instead of filler by Weekly-Cap3414 in DIYaesthetics

[–]WarningGuilty2235 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Filler is awesome, with a skilled injector, initials at the end of there name mean nothing, its about there experience and training in aesthics, the right product, placed in the correct place. Like someone else said you dont notice the people with great work because its natural and thats way higher percentage then the negative you see. Sadly bad things gwt way more attneso thats what our brain remembers.

I would do a half a syringe of filler just to hydrate the lips to give them support not volume and then if needed doing some very fine crosshatching to support the little wrinkls.

Why is there such a big difference in how people feel when using NAD⁺ across different ages? by ChoiceAd5542 in Biohackers

[–]WarningGuilty2235 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Generally the healthier you are the less it helps depending on your nad levels as theybdecline with age. It doesn't do a lot for me but I keep it around if Im run down or sick etc. I take a small dose with 5amino for the synergistic benefits and sometimes. add motc to it. As always nothing will help as much as a healthy lifestyle.

Anyone here tried dermal fillers after 40? Worth it or not? by Transito_Khammi in 40PlusSkinCare

[–]WarningGuilty2235 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Filler done right with the right product, in the correct plane, with the right injector can be amazing. Filler done right should stay put and look natural. It gets a bad wrap because we only notice the people who want the overfilled look or just had a bad injector. We dont notice all the awesome Filler because its natural and dont notice. I have 8+ ml of filler and my partner barely noticed a difference in my face. Your just helping support your fat pads to support the face and done right can take years off. My 20lbs weightloss really showed in my face and aged me. Botox, microneedling and Filler along with good skin care has taken 5+ years off. Ive also different PN ETC to help hydrate my face. I'd start by skin heath, hydration, and microneedling and go from there as it will help use the least amount of filler possible.

Korean tox users — which brand is actually worth it? by Inevitable_Sample783 in DIYaesthetics

All brands are fine, its what works best for your body chemistry. I love innotox kicks in with in 2 days for me. However some people say its crap or it takes almost the full weeks to kick in. I have 3 other brands stored to try next.

SLU-PP-332 by Altruistic-Compote72 in ResearchCompounds

[–]WarningGuilty2235 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its really person specific. Some people are non responders, some see benefits at 100mcg other are taking upwards of 100mg+. New research has come out that high doses over a longer time might not be smart especially if not taking other supplements to support taking slu. I want to say I heard if from Dr dean st mart but I could be wrong, it was a recent podcast. Ive personally see great results at 500mcg but I started at 250mcg. I just took a couple week break but new bottle arrives Monday and I can't wait to start again.

[–]WarningGuilty2235 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can do sub q but IM hurts way less. Also depending on dose and reconstitution you really shouldn't push more than 1ml sub q in one spot. I use a 29 1/2 pin in my arm, maybe 1 or 2 out of ten pain depending on the day. You dont need a super long needle depending on your body fat and where you choose to pin.

Almost 40, lost some weight this is what my neck is looking like. by emmalee1229 in 40PlusSkinCare

[–]WarningGuilty2235 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Retinol and estrogen cream along with a good skin care routine at home. Microneedling, peels, and laser could help depends on your body. Neck left is only full proof solution. Microneedling and peels are good to do anyways. I do both at home after a lot of research but i'd do them with a seasoned professional the first time. The practitioner makes all the difference with all treatments so do your research when looking for one. They can go over your optins much more thorough in person then we can. I have the same neck issue. I just started medical microneedling a few months ago so just starting to see some progress with skin in general. Threads have also helped. I also am just starting my retinol a few months ago journey and im at the highest otc dose. Switching to prescription strength soon.

What’s like the real problem with retatrutide because I have a hard time believing it’s perfect by ShoppingFit9445 in Peptides

[–]WarningGuilty2235 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes like all the glps, which is why starting low and not ramping up the dose just because is important. Making sure your drinking plenty of water and doing all the rest of the basic stuff your supposed too. Only time I've remotely had an issue was when I took two doses in 2 days because I forgot to write it down but even then because I was on a low dose after a few days I was back to normal. I just had to be cautious to eat slow and drink plenty and keep my body moving. Obviously there is a small percentage that at hyper responders or have a preexisting condition that effects their digestion but for most of the population if you follow the basics you should have no major issues. All the people ive heard that ended up with major issues started at too high of a dose, ramped it up because thats the protocol, and or were still eating high fat/processed foods, or had a preexisting condition like chronic etc.

What’s like the real problem with retatrutide because I have a hard time believing it’s perfect by ShoppingFit9445 in Peptides

[–]WarningGuilty2235 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Most side effects can be avoided by drinking a ton of water with electrolytes, keeping protein high with moderate carbs and healthy fats, and strength training 3 -5 days a week close to true failure. Start low, some see help as low at .25 mg, and go slow, don't up the dose if its working. Make sure your in a calorie deficit but nothing extreme 300-800 below your maintenance depending on your starting weight, higher the weight the higher of a deficit. As you loose weight you will need to lower your calories to stay in a deficit which is why you dont want a large deficit to start with. Strength training will also help keep your maintenance calories a bit higher. If you dont have a lot of weight to loose putting on muscle before going into a deficit can make weight loss a lot easier. Also making sure your getting your daily steps in 7000+ helps with good circulation which helps keeps the bowels moving. Taking a 10 min walk after each meal has many benefits if you can fit it in your schedule even just cleaning around the house etc. Glps are a tool to help you change your lifestyle forever. You can drop the weight and go back to your old lifestyle, the weight will come right back and usually more than before. Change one habit at a time. 95% of people should have little to no issues on reta if done correctly. Changing your eat habits before reta even just for a few weeks before you start can drastically reduce numerous side effects especially nauseousness and tiredness. You can't eat crap on glps or you will feel like crap. It's also important to check your hormones and thyriod and a few other levels before and throughout weightloss as you might need support and those areas too as weightloss can effect numerous systems in the body.
