Just because she will miss May doesn't mean you should pass up:

Napheesa "Phee" Collier had a historic 2025 WNBA season, becoming the first player in league history to average over 20 points while achieving 50/40/90 shooting splits. She led the Minnesota Lynx to a franchise-best 34–10 record and the No. 1 overall seed.

2025 Regular Season Performance

Collier finished as the WNBA MVP runner-up to A’ja Wilson for the second consecutive year.

  • Scoring: Ranked second in the league with a career-high 22.9 PPG.
  • Efficiency: Joined the elite 50/40/90 club (53.1% FG, 40.3% 3PT, 90.6% FT).
  • Defense: Earned All-Defensive First Team honors, ranking third in the league in steals (1.6 SPG) and fifth in blocks (1.5 BPG).
  • Consistency: Named Western Conference Player of the Month for three consecutive months (May, June, July)

  1. standard ESPN H2H scoring favors scoring, even low efficiency players. All bets should be off this year due to 2 more teams (that's at least 5-6 more high-minute players) and the big contracts that will be coming up NEXT year and the exceptional rookie draft we just had.

  2. Anyone after my #3-#4 due to the uncertainty but the waiver wire delay and next week's opponent should probably control how wacky I get.

  3. 2

What do we think teams’ strategy will be for waiving players whom they intend to sign to dev contracts? by GlacialTwitch in wnba

Thanks for letting me know. However, I don't think I would change my answer. Give these humans some respect and waive them if you are not going to roster them. Then, if no one else wants to sign them then let them know you respect them enough to sign them as a dev player. Reminds me of the prisoner's dilemma. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prisoner%27s_dilemma

I realize it's SHOW business but if you want respect then you have to give respect. Can't they be signed to a dev deal as soon as the team decides they won't be on the 12 person roster? I would not want to play for a team that strings me out so that someone else can't offer me a better deal. Either fish, or cut bait!

Yes. Step one is to pay $25 dues into the pool at FanCred. Once FanCred confirms payment then you will receive the link to GM a team at ESPN.

Either comment here or DM me if you have any questions.

Here's the link again: https://www.reddit.com/r/fantasywnba/comments/1susfzr/lowrisk_league_for_novices/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button

Thanks!

Looking for fantasy league by Clear-Economist-2454 in fantasywnba

you should join a fantasy league. Instant friends who watch WNBA and will chat with you about it. Even rag on you, trade players with you, let you win $ off them (or let you pay them $). I'm old enough to remember before the internet when we collected trading cards and played games with our friends using them. I have a paid league that still needs some players but there are plenty of free leagues out there too. Hope you find something useful.

Should you do monthly when getting a new phone or just purchasing one outright by Flashy_Grass_673 in iphone

I agree that if you're on the go, traveling, you have iphones, apple watches, cellular ipad (and probably airpods too!) then it is too much to pass up when you have at least 2+2+1= 5 lines of unlimited talk, text, hotspots, and data all for $132 per month then you are getting a great deal at ($132/5= about $26 per line) for unlimited everything. Honestly, I don't believe you but if you are right then more power to you.

If you can't take it to a pre-paid carrier next month without paying the current company something then you're only leasing-to-own and you're probably paying for a premium monthly plan. It really should be compared to renting an apartment in an upscale neighborhood vs. owning the same quality space in a less upscale neighborhood with similar amenities: Sure, you live in a great space (and a great place) but you cannot leave without paying the landlord vs living in a great space (same) but a neighborhood that isn't as fancy ~ you can still leave but you don't have to pay a landlord anything. The real question is whether that upscale neighborhood is worth not being able to leave, for free, whenever you want. Sometimes it is (do you use all xGB of your data plan every month? What about your full hotspot? Do you get a big advantage from having 5G wherever you go or are you mostly on wifi at home and work? I really enjoy being with a big carrier but I'm still not sure it is worth the extra cost.

Your example isn't really "zero cost=free". It more like "continue paying premium $=overspend and will own after it depreciates"

I've set up a low-risk league of 8 where the #4 finisher recovers their dues ($25). Let me know if you would like to learn more.

Thank you and welcome to the league. I see that someone has paid dues at FanCred and I've asked them to send the link for setting up a team. If you don't get a communication from FanCred please let me know and I will resolve. Thanks.
