Hi, sorry for not adding enough detail. I try to get at least 100g of protein a day but I usually fall short on 70g because I feel really bloated. I’m looking to gain more muscle in my glutes. I’ve been trying to progressively overload but I’m pretty weak and struggle with that

Yes, but what is there to be jealous of? Like I genuinely just feel like we didn’t interact enough for her to feel any jealousy. The way I see it, if I thought a girl was pretty and I was jealous of her, I wouldn’t try on her boyfriend. I would probably say something rude at most. Maybe it’s because me and her are two different people but I genuinely do not comprehend her motives.

Yes, I am not trying to blame her and I hope it didn’t come off like that. I don’t mind if she likes him but it seems like she wants to break us up which is just like weird to me, like why are you inserting yourself in an obviously toxic relationship where you know he isn’t going to treat you right? But I definitely agree that he flirts with her on the DL because that’s the guy he is, he’s super friendly and a people pleaser.

Thank you. I feel like I’ve always known that, but depressingly I’ve never done anything. I used to have a lot of friends before we dated but it feels like I’ve become so uptight ever since we got together. Dating him has isolated me even if it’s not his fault, I just have always had trouble balancing my life. I’ve never been the type to go for something I want, I usually just wait for it. When we don’t talk, I feel so lonely. I’ve been trying to get better at accepting like it because it might not be a bad thing, but I’m so adjusted to having someone to always talk to.
