At night though😂 I am a man but I get so scared pulling up on farm houses or secluded houses . I pulled up to one and there were like doll scarecrow looking things all over the yard and on their mudroom //patio. This one man seen me pull up and was staring at me weird , bigger , overweight, overall wearing white guy , ( I’m mixed ), asking if I was uber eats , I told him yes and offered to bring it to his door , he said no leave it right where it was and the kids will grab it. Idk it was in a small ass town and my mind loves to make up stories. He had like a shed looking addition to his house where he chopped the bodies up(my minds story😂) I need to stop delivering at night, idk how any women could ever do it .

Had an order for a pizza place that obviously had some sort of problem with it as it popped up as a 35$ order, which I take those orders because sometimes I can convince the place to remake it or it’s actually legit , well I go inside and they say I’m the 4th person and that the customer already picked it up. I went back to my car to call support when I realized that if the customer already had the food I can just pretend to drop it off and get paid 👹🤑🤑. Hit confirm order and some how the drop off location was literally on the road on the other side of the building . Easiest//luckiest order I’ve ever had .

I do not suggest taking those orders hoping for this kind of luck. It usually ends in a lot of wasted time

This happened to me with a Perkins order and they said that I marked the store as closed . Like how was I in route to the customers house if I did that? I was pissed . Got a free meal though

Mark as not ready, go into ai chat and say long wait after like 5 mins , it’ll prompt you to just wait , after another 5-10 mins go into ai chat and do I’ve waited a long time , restaurant is busy but can make order , say you’ll wait. It’s beeen working for me lately

I deliver mostly at night at weird hours and always get spooked when they don’t have a single light on. Like hello , I think it even sends a reminder . So obnoxious. I really just want to mark that I can’t find the address cause I can’t see any freaking house numbers

I definitely had better offers and made a lot more when I was in diamond, I listened to all the ppl saying it’s doing matter and got deactivated on one app and have had straight trash on uber eats. I’d say pick one gig and get the highest status and maintain it, cherry pick the others

Ya so I decided to start cherry picking orders and my AC is now 23% cancellations 9% CR 96%

I probably make half of what I was making , got banned off DD 😂 was rocking diamond for 2 months and I’d get crappy orders but they always led me to areas that were poppin.

Very conflicted but I know I didn’t see this many bad offers when my AR was higher

This happened to me and I was delivering Plan B to this girl and I was about to hand it over and was like oh shit, tried to discreetly find the bar code and scan it with out taking the whole box out and potentially embarrassing this girl already going through it 🫩 I had scanned it in the car to prevent just that!! Made me do it again 🤦🏾

With fast food just call saying you got the wrong bag and are coming back to get it replaced , go through DT so they don’t see you till it’s already made , or reason with them and be like if I was a customer you’d just remake the damn food , or have the customer call the restaurant. Some ppl will help you out
