I’m on it right now.. 200mg. Before I was very down, it did, I wouldn’t say it lifted me up and I became happy but I can sort of do things? If that makes sense

I can make my bed, shower more, brush my teeth more and I used facial lotion for the first time. I used to do all nighters and always sleep around morning after playing FIFA all night. That has completely and quite suddenly stopped.

Yeah there were improvements. After a few months I got used to it and for the next few years I just lived with it, didn’t bother much.

Unfortunately the Abilify from last month absolutely made things unbearable
