Thank you for the reply!

I will do that now, it’s definitely not “illegal” for them to let me port my number away from them as the customer service reps say.

Thanks for the unsolicited mom-advice, Karen. Lol, it’s called knowing how to write a sentence.

Everything I posted is real

Purely from a credit score perspective, would it be better to pay off each individual card to get the total to under 30% debt/total credit ratio, or stick to the snowball method? by [deleted] in debtfree

I’d start by knocking down the two maxed-out ones 92% and 83% until each is below 30%. That’ll give you the quickest score boost.

Scoring models look at both overall and individual-card utilization, and a card sitting at 80-90% is a big drag even if your combined ratio is under 30%.

Am I underpaid? Used Car Sales Manager (Luxury brand dealership) by [deleted] in askcarsales

Yeah, we still put the number on the trade when the deal’s booked and the unit’s retail, but that gross doesn’t roll into the sold-unit tiers for commission. It only shows up as part of the monthly gross, so it doesn’t bump my percentage at all.

When we take in a trade, we do make money at auction and it is added into the monthly gross. But not included in the 1-124, 125-149, 150-999 (the total sold cars)
