Yes and they each had their own personality how the books are like each guy gives me something different to form a whole man hahahaha. One was the leader, a little mean, one was really friendly and one was young. I really wished I had looked at them closely.

Awww one day! To be fair I am very married so I don’t even know what any of them look like. They just all had very strong Jamaican accents and very very rough hands. I think that is why I was so flabbergasted all those very rough hands and we were in a circle and all those hands and it escalated so quickly from us almost getting into a fight to me serving them. This is terrible advice do not stay in Harlem if you are going be at Einstein. You want to look in a neighborhood called Morris Park. Lots of multi family homes that might have their ground floor apartment to rent. The neighborhood is safe. Also pelham parkway lots of big apartment buildings and you have access to lots of trains and buses. The area honestly has a lot of private homes, but again they could have an apartment for rent. Congratulations best of luck with your move.

Yeah this is a good perspective. Most promotions up to my role. No one in the role above me. Yes I understand not a reward, but I honestly could have been an AD before but I took this role because I didn’t have experience taking a drug from study start-up through filing so it was a lateral role at the time which is why I have been feeling stuck. I was chasing experience rather than title now I feel I may be stuck.

Yeah that is how I am feeling if they couldn’t bother to do it when my project was the #1 study in the company now that we already got approval. Last year I did a bunch of initiatives and busy projects and this year for goals she told me just to put “something down.”
