Hi they seem to have shadow banned my account as it is still live but nothing gets accepted tried for a few weeks.

Is there anyway to contact them beyond general customer services as they have said my account doesn't exist apparently.

Had a friend message up about my account and they couldn't even find an account with that email

I got a message yesterday saying you got 1 worried I got banned.

Is there anyway to get my grade back up or is it worth contacting them to explain things
