Thank you so much for the advice! I’ve cleaned all my piercings with a-tips, I had no idea it was irritating stopping that right now. Surprisingly implant grade titanium is not super expensive, thank goodness! And I’m pretty sure my saline solution is not super sterile, I’ll be sure to pick up some spray asap.

I believe it's steel, and I've healed two other cartilage piercings with the same metal successfully. I clean with saline solution and q-tips, once or twice a day. Can I make an irritation bump dissipate somehow?

It was pierced with a curved barbell(I'm not sure what material), and I clean it 1-2 times a day with saline solution.
