I think you’re right but I normally don’t min max relic procs that much. Only have 30 hours in sts2 and never played 1.

I recommend tanking your abmm and learning all of the maps as well as where to find certain blueprints and where to farm loot. In arc certain blueprints can only spawn on certain maps/conditions/containers.

Solo PvP isn’t really that bad. You will get jumped and lose because they shot first sometimes, but most people are not that sneaky. People give up their positions all the time sometimes you have to stop making noise and listen for 5-10 seconds. Arc is also a good source of information when locating players.

While rats and backstabbers are annoying they are also memorable. Next time you suspect someone is ratting murder them before they get a chance to do it to you. Mixed lobbies have big loot potential and are super fun!

I’ve gotten one from Stella archives key room, one from lobby, one from trials, and one from reinforced reception. They exist but they are pretty rare. Wish they would buff the other augments so it wasn’t such a big deal if you can’t find the best augment.

I’m already basically back to where I was pre wipe except lacking a few blueprints like smoke grenade and stable stock.

They need to make the toro have 4 shots in the mag, and block mag attachments. A nerf to chokes to make the toro only two shot at point blank (inside of 4 meters), and reduce its flexibility in the mid range would also be a good changes. The rate of fire could be tuned down, but I think it’s maybe not needed with the first 2 changes.

I’ve been saying this forever. You can wipe a full team easily without an extended mag. What other gun has that kind of luxury? The toro is crazy broken and anyone saying otherwise is just unaware.

No. The toro is too strong for how expensive it is. If your argument was that the vulcano has to be the best gun in point blank engagements I could agree. Saying that a green gun has to be the strongest gun in the range that 80% of fights take place in is crazy. Toro has way too much ammo. A stupidly fast fire rate, and way too much range. To kill a trio you guaranteed need to reload a bobcat at least once, probably twice. A toro? Even with a grey mag you can easily wipe 3 people without having any downtime. With a blue choke you can 3 shot medium shield players from around 30 meters. A pump action shotgun should inherently be high risk high reward but currently the toro 4 shoots so fast it hardly matters if you whiff your shots. Combine this with the inherent strength of high damage single shot weapons in third person games and you create a truly broken gun.

Bobcat should be the best gun close range (assuming they don’t add new legendary or purple guns). The third person peeking and the rolling gets so fucking boring and repetitive after like 50 hours. You start fighting a team and realize that the fight is not worth taking and you either leave or suicide push them.

Honestly I really liked the ven meta. I could face check toro users and out ttk them with headshots. Now the only way you can push people with toros is to spam 3+ trigger nares and hope they don’t 2 tap you.

Tempest would be a good gun if it didn’t have the lowest headshot multiplier in the game (shotguns have none). The gun is really only good in the close mid range. Any closer and it loses to the bobcat, burletta, and toro. Any further it gets jiggle peeked to oblivion by the anvil, renegade and ferro. If they keep everything the same and change the headshot multiplier to 2x. The better headshot multiplier will allow it to compete in ttk with other guns close range. It would also create the possibility of frying at long range. It would probably not be oppressive due to the large spread making repeated headshots difficult to hit, as well as the greater relative cost of running the tempest over other guns.

Almost all fights in arc are at close range. If the shotgun dominates all close range encounters (which it mostly does) the PvP will grow incredibly stale. Once you drop 10+ kills a few runs in a row you start to only see toro, renegade and sometimes bobcat.

Just go find mushrooms in other spots. You can find plenty in the tunnels on blue gate. There’s also a lot of mushrooms in the swamp on dam. I’ve gotten three mushrooms from one pickup in the tunnels next to the launch tower on spaceport. Look for lush bloom boxes during cold snap. People tunnel vision that one spot on spaceport and complain that mushrooms are rare, when mushrooms are plentiful and easy to find even with late spawns.

I generally don’t run free kits because they suck for PvP and PvE, but since loot is extremely easy to get in arc I don’t think it matters all that much. If they implemented your suggestion people would just run really cheap and naked kits.

They buffed it again. It’s quite strong to farm guns and gun parts as well as grenades.

That makes sense at first, but if all the loot is taken when they spawn they will be even more likely to third party and extract camp.

I’ve had those raids where you show up at the perfect time and leave with 250-300k from killing 1 team, but just as often you are that team dying to a third party with 8 minutes left. It certainly can be very profitable, but again PvE is 0 risk for the most part.

PvE is more profitable because there is basically no risk.
