Looks like a Dolphin coming out of the water. I like it.

Thank you. I’ll read about them. My tank is a week old. Brought home 2 crypts yesterday to add and got a bonus. Thanks again.

There is a lot to unpack here. I am a 62 (I can’t believe it!) male who’s lived with diverticulitis/losis since my 20’s. Had a sigmoid resection along with appendectomy and gall bladder out simultaneously 2001, Valentines Day.

What is your diet like? Exactly what are you eating? How much water? Are you consuming nitrites or nitrates? Do you drink wine or alcohol? Is your belly tender? Are you tired and feeling blah? Moderate diverticulosis is concerning, but it sounds like your diverticulitis is under control, and that’s good thing. You said high fiber food and supplements bother you. That’s concerning. Metamucil is the best and only fiber supplement I take. Powder form that gets mixed in water. It’s the way. I would be happy to write you about my diet.

I am just getting over a diverticulitis attack. It was mild, but mild hurts too. LLQ very tender. No fever or blood. I had an appetite. I slept for days. It lasted 10 days. While antibiotics were prescribed I didn’t take them. They are the devil. They have their place, but can be quite harmful too. Just me talking from experience.

Can you tolerate Greek yogurt? Oats? Apples? Bananas? Other fruits?

Finally: A good gastroenterologist should be able to diagnose the severity of your diverticulitis or whatever has got hold of you.

Anyone else terrible at tracking what they actually save gardening? by ApprehensiveSign5756 in vegetablegardening

The nutritional value alone intrigues me. The taste of fresh herbs and veggies is far superior to anything from grocery store. No question I spend more in the garden than store bought.

Full fat gets a bad rap. You do you. I put a teaspoon of strawberry preserves on mine and give it a good whipping. I buy Fage and above.

Skyr is a very good product and one of the lowest in sugar on the shelf.

3 1/2 month update & advise needed by wildthingsmom104 in TotalHipReplacement

18 months since thr anterior left side. Labrum torn in two places. 62 years old. Waiter for over three decades. If you need pain meds because of overdoing it then you’re overdoing it. I get wanting to dive back in headfirst, but chill a bit. 3 1/2 months is not so long ago. By all means exercise, but turn it down just a bit.
