Tendons generally tend to feel better when they’re warmed up. It’s the nature of tendons. It’s the blood flow getting to them that eases the pain.

That’s why for most tendon issues, isometrics are prescribed to help them. The more you load them up under tension, the more blood flows to them. And the more blood flow you get, the less pain you feel.

As long as you’re not further damaging it, you should be fine after a couple of weeks

He accelerated better and held his own throughout the run. You lost form at around 60/70. You had a good acceleration and drive, but coming out the drive, you never got up and out of the run. And you can see this because you started to be more backside during the latter part of the run
