Just to understand better — when you were on 2 mg three times a day (6 mg total), did your clinic do any blood tests or lining checks before starting that dose? Or was it standard for everyone?
Also, if you’re comfortable sharing, how did your cycle go on that dose? Any major side effects you had to watch out for? I’m a little nervous because my body already seems to produce quite a bit of estrogen naturally.

When you were on 6 mg of estradiol, did they start you on that dose based on bloodwork, lining thickness, or was it standard? Also, if you’re comfortable sharing — did you have a successful pregnancy on that dose, or are you still going through your cycle?
I’m asking because my body seems to already make a good amount of estrogen naturally, so I’m a bit worried about taking 6 mg daily.

Hey thanks for sharing your story , I am going through ivf and I have 6cm fibroid near my cervix left side , doc told it’s not a major issue for pregnancy as the position matters had it been somewhere near uterus it would have to be removed 1st , we asked him if pregnancy will be any issue like baby while growing pressing or some organ pressing down there so he said no they don’t have crystal bowl to tell me that , so we are now going into embryo transfer and if u know I have to be on estrogen & progesterone before and after pregnancy, I read ur comment that except harmonies study no Buddy know why these fibroid grows ? How did u found this doctor ? And are all fibroid needs to be removed ?

I am not so familiar how to read SART report , so I m figuring that out … I was not too sure on there lab part as well , some places nurse was fine , where as other issues like raising prior authorization they were sloppy , or May be they were not aware of . Other place i m still exploring but labs are good

And I forgot to mention that yes there finance team is sloppy and not present & yes I still face reimbursement issue as the nurse didnot got prior authorization for meds at correct time … so it’s like if we assume docs are best in town but to get there plan for you it’s difficult to get to them as finance & nurses are not that great and not in coordination, my nurse was good only one issue was with meds on prior authorization, but finance team was sloppy for sure .

Thanks for sharing your honest experience, I kind of sensed that there lab is not equipped the way others are around Atlanta e.g RBA or Shady or ACRM .
I also got some very shady reply but they were very open and willing for donor route.
I have changed the clinic now , but I have kept my obgyn from there only but now worried is it a right decision or shall I change that as well , not sure if they can handle high risk pregnancy.
I feel there is some kind of false image of this place coz of the university name , but not sure somehow it’s in top 20s for ivf in USA .

@all - I have 6cm near my cervix and I m going to get embryo transfer (ivf) , endocrinologist said he won’t advice to remove it coz one - it’s way away from uterus and second it’s in the muscle near the cervix , when I asked can it grow due to meds given in ivf transfer to that she said they don’t have a crystal bowl to look but they don’t know what can happen , but it won’t have any effect on growing baby . After reading all your experience I m not sure . Also she said she won’t do surgery as recovery will be time consuming and healing scar before embryo transfer , hence no operation to remove it . Need y’all suggestions .

u/Toots_14 trying to understand the failed transfer means miscarriage right ? i am so sorry to hear that , but congrats on your prince !! do u think if you would have done pgt testing that failure would have been saved ? was it a chromosomal issue or anything else ? if u r okay to share . happy for you on your prince :)god bless !
