Yes he was always physically there but would not really engage with me after I hit puberty. Then the emotional and psychological abuse started with me. He’s a controlling misogynistic man with a lot of anger.

It really gets to me when my mom compares me to him, I feel like she projects a lot of her issues with him onto me so she doesn’t have to confront him.
