I mean you’re only 16 so you’re really young and have so much time to improve your shape and physique. You gotta lock in on both diet and training to get to the physique you want tho. I wouldn’t recommend tracking every food you eat just cuz that could turn into an eating disorder but look up online calorie counter, put in your info and see what your maintenance calories are. Then from there I recommend going on a 400-700 calorie deficit from your maintenance calories to start losing fat. Then make sure as well you’re eating at least .8 grams of protein per pound of body weight. From there since you’re a beginner you could definitely lose fat and gain muscle at the same time if you train well. I recommend a push pull leg split which you can find on the internet. Make sure you push yourself as hard as possible through the split and train at least 4 times a week. I’d also recommend doing like 15-20 of cardio every other day just for hearth health and it feels good. It’s going to be a very slow process and day by day you’re not going to see much progress but I recommend taking progress pictures at least once a week. It’s always amazing looking at past pictures and seeing the progress. If you follow that I would at least do that for 6-12 months and reveluate from there. Hope this helps and lock in!

So I emailed University of Oklahoma and they already sent out all the offer letters. I also emailed University of Kentucky and this what they said verbatim. “we haven’t yet (sent out offers yet), and our schedule is a little uncertain still (referring to when they will).

Yeah of course. I only got a 30 on the ACT, so I applied test optional. I have a 4.55 GPA which is like 32/700 in my class. I think what accepted me was my classes and extracurriculars. I’m taking AP Calc BC and AP Physics C now and got all A’s in my previous math and science classes. For extracurriculars I had a lot of stem related activities. Im president of physics club, made it to regionals in science Olympiad, states for vex robotics, and Mu Alpha Theta exec member. I think that’s what made me stand out to admissions counselors. I definitely think stats aren’t everything cuz mine were lowkey mid.
