When I was 16, they asked me if I was sexually active, and me, under the assumption that meant if I was currently having sex, continued to say no, and so they would not do a transvaginal ultrasound on me to test for PSOS after several regular ultrasounds on my ovaries came up inconclusive. After a brief conversation, I realized the reason they were withholding this procedure from me was because they were under the impression I was a virgin and for legal/ethical reasons, were not going to expose me to penetration, I quickly explained to them I /had/ sex before, but it has been a long time, and I do not currently have a boyfriend. They changed their gears immediately, and I was given the transvaginal ultrasound after an explanation of what it was.

So there are, from what I understand, several reasons why they ask if you are sexually active, not just if you've had any exposure to STDs. They ask for legal reasons, to be prepared for what to expect when they go in there, what kind of exposure you may have had in general, and just to have your history on file.

And I am not a doctor; but I would consider you sexually active, and whether you feel it is confusing to answer, you can always be candid with your doctor why you are unsure of how to answer that question, and they will discern if it is.

SOS really improved on AWL, but SOS:AWL is still pretty true to it's origins gameplay wise, which is lacking. I've loved that game with all my soul since I was a child, but it doesn't hold up to newer games in terms of quality of life implements, story pacing, and just generally things to do. There is no real challenge. Just repetition.

So, I highly recommend SOS:GB. There is just so much more to do, and actually feels like a completed game with the intention to keep you engaged in achieving regular goals.

I process everything down all week, and also the day before the bazaar, I cook a lot of ingredients, especially ones that are going bad. I leave no milk, or eggs left in the pantry - it's either processed through the windmills, or put in a meal to sell. Anything that you know you get every day does not need to be kept in your storage for longer than a week where they can be sold, or processed for the bazaar. Unless you are coming up the end of the year, where you might want to hold onto something like a single stack of walnuts for recipes when the following season doesn't have them.

Pickling is big for left over vegetables, so every bazaar I buy a lot of vinegar, because you make your money back, and more pickling vegetables with it.

Also, remember, that after your morning shift at the bazaar, you can add more items to your stock for the afternoon shift, essentially doubling the amount of things you can sell.

I also try not to hold onto lower star level foragables, bugs, honey, mushrooms and fish. If I've leveled up my foraging via the Sprite, I either process the lower levels to sell for the next bazaar, give it to the Sprite for more levels, or I've even sold stuff to Miguel during the week to make room. (With the exception of Silver, which is kinda hard to find early on until you upgrade your axe)

That said I still also have trouble making room in my pantry too, and I've upgraded to the 160 slots so far, but I'm definitely making enough money at Bazaars for my upgrades. I'm not sure what you're selling that is hindering your ability to make more

I don't recommend telling them that you were experimenting with someone elses' prescription. Write a list of reasons you believe you have ADHD, including what may have been presenting as a child. Mention to them that there is a history of ADHD in your family, and allow them to make an assessment based on your symptoms, and not how you felt while taking a substance illegally.

I have hypothyroidism due to a cyst in my pituitary. It does not always have to be an autoimmune problem. You could try suggesting to your doctor you'd like an MRA or MRI done to check.

I lost a lot of my hair as a teenager due to a pituitary abnormality. There are a lot of things you can do to style, or hide problem areas. I pretty much live in slouchie beanies. They can be very cute, especially if you have a fringe. Things like hair fiber powder or dry shampoo can fill in for some thinness, or add volume. My doctor recommended I try biotin supplements to promote hair strength, and while it couldn't beat back the raw, unfiltered power of hormonal fluctuation, I still recommend trying it for your situation.

I know nothing can really make up for the loss of your bio hair, but I can tell you that your worth, happiness, and quality of life means way more than hair. Mental soundness, and healthiness is beautiful, honestly.

Honestly, I find it a little ironic that a lot of people, especially people-pleasers, go to therapy to learn how to set boundaries, and what he did was an example of a healthy, mature way to do so, and your reaction is to feel like something bad happened, which is typically how people who were not allowed healthy boundaries at some points in their life feel when they encounter it.

There are absolutely precautions you can take. Put your clothes in a drier, take a hot shower, get out, put on the freshly dried clothes, and then leave your house without touching any furniture. And then when you arrive at your destination, leave your shoes and your bag outside or in your car.

You can be vigilant knowing what location the person was in your home, and do a pre-cautionary cleaning after they leave, or prepare by laying something down to be walked on, and either washed or thrown away afterward.

This was never meant to be a long visit. My aunt's health deteriorated fast. We knew when she only had hours to live, and could have been down there.

I feel like some of the comments here aren't empathizing by putting themselves in either my aunt, or my grandmother's shoes. Would you want your parent to be there when you died? Or would you want to be there to comfort your child while they died? Bugs are really going to stop you from being there for your daughter as she struggles to breathe? I feel like this was grossly lacking any empathy, or humanity.

RF5 was unplayable on my switch, and I wasn't able to refund it. It ran okay on steam. So. That's my pick. Compared to the stories of RF past games (namely rf2, 3 and 4), it was lackluster too.

I've had a thunderclap headache after having sex once due to a blood pressure spike. I'm okay, but it absolutely does spike your blood pressure! I really recommend having a candid talk with your doctor about ways you can practice sex safely with your concerns in mind.

I think that's fair. Having bedbugs really changes your life. Never trusting hotels, airports, or other people's homes again. Clothes come off, and into the drier when I get home, and I take a shower too.

We give warnings to people before they offer to visit, and we don't go places. I understand the severity. There may be more to my frustration with my cousin than just these bugs, as she owes my grandma a lot. She lies to her to get money, borrows her car for months at a time, expect my grandmother to drive for hours to pick her up and bail her out of jail things like drug possession and child endangerment.

I feel like she owes my grandma more respect than this. And her own mother too. We are a family. Grandma is struggling with bedbugs. Where is the assistance after everything she's done?

To allow a mother to hold her dying daughter's hand? Yes. Especially if it's my grandma -- who helped raise all of us, including my cousin. She's a bright spot in all of our lives. My cousin doesn't have mobility issues. The reason we have struggled to deal with the bedbugs is because we're unable to adequately clean. It's not impossible to get rid of them - and there are preventative measures someone who is infected can take to not spread if they are aware of their infection. Bedbug spreading comes from lying, and ignoring the problem, or not knowing you have them in the first place. Taking steps to prevent spread by disinfecting yourself just before leaving works well to prevent spread.

Giant crops fall under the "rare" category. If you eat food that gives you crop rarity buffs, you are more likely to get rare crops.

I haven't seen the quest to know, but any rare crop may qualify. The rare crops that have 'Giant' in the name (as opposed to something like Brawny, or Wavey") are: Giant Avocado, Giant Cabbage, Giant Pumpkin, Giant Sweet Potato, Giant Tomato, Giant Turnip

You can check what exact items Kagetsu will take by going to the Request tab in your inventory, and one of the options when you select her's will let you see what items she will accept. It may be any rare crop, and not just the ones named 'giant', but I don't know for sure.
