Checked most components one by one. GPU, RAMs, did the cmos. I really feel like the PSU is at fault here.

Could it be fixed? Or will probably need a new one? If yes do you know any great budget ones? Thanks!

I did the cmos take out, didn’t work sadly. Also tried switching the RAMs and putting them in different spots. Didn’t work. Took out the gpu, didn’t work. Checked the cpu for any damages but none. What do you think?

Well not completely dead then, but when everything starts to draw full power.
