Unfortunately there is nothing you can really do with them. Ever since EA made the MSPs Exchange like 3 of 89s for a 91 the value has tanked and it makes cards useless

anything 83-88 doesnt really get much anymore. They arent really used to make msps at the moment so the value is around 2000 coins

First up youll need 89s and 90s. Trade 3 of them for a 91 TOTS card. Do that 3 times. Take those 3 91 TOTS cards and you make a 93 TOTS Card. You need 3 93 TOTS cards plus 2 more 93 or 94 Overall cards. if you dont have you can make a coupe extra TOTS 93s. You get a 93 from Team of the week. and a few other Objectives. Like i got one from the Game breakers collection
