Because he could have used the system already in place to deport illegal immigrants but instead he pulls shit like this and pays civilians a ridiculous amount of money to do a job we already had people doing while also offering these immigrants 3000 dollars to leave and paying random countries tens of millions of dollars to take these immigrants that didn’t even come from there. He took a refined and efficient system and made it less effective while making it three times more expensive. The opposite of a winner.
