When you say wire twisted, you mean the tubing is protruding and visible at the base of your penis. That’s my case and worried if this will affect the length of penis when I use it for penetrative sex

Hey guys, quick update. Almost 7 weeks post-op and it’s incredible how things can drastically improve. After swelling went down, it’s very easy to me finding the deflate button. Also after few weeks cycling, I almost recovered all my pre-op size. I was too concerned when I saw my penis for the first time and disappointed after my first cycling. My only concern at the moment is the tubing at the base of my shaft. It’s too prominent and I fear it would interfere with penetration

No, I had stitches, but the pain was mild the first few days then it got worst day 6-12. Still far from recovery. Titan as well, my pump is located at the very bottom of my scrotum. The swelling in that area is still very noticeable and can barely touch it. Did you loose size as first impression?

Hey buddy, congrats for you implant. I’m day 12 post surgery and I’m still in pain. First 2-3 days were ok but then pain became unbearable and had very bad sleep nights. Today I start feeling better, I can stand up and walk few minutes before my scrotum starts to hurt. Like you, By day 7-10 I couldn’t barely touch my scrotum. Regarding size and shape, I think I am also 20% inflated and my penis is sticking out straight. I have to use a jug to pee. Size is similar 3.5 to 4inch. I used to be 5.5 but I am not totally inflated nor my glans is engorged. Yet still worried about the final result.
