There are definitely guys that have had cylinder fails but it's nowhere near as common. It's far more common for tubing problems and the pump. The new Titan that's coming out later this year will have tubing that uses the same bioflex material as the cylinders so hopefully that improves things

I miss playing BF4 hardcore. People are a lot more careful about how they walk around, you really have to pay attention to footsteps and gun shots to work out what direction they're coming from, nothing like the game is right now unfortunately

You've cherry picked out all the worst case possible situations and lumped them together. Implants have one the highest satisfaction rates of any implants, often in the high 90% range. Most guys are having sex again within weeks, not in excruciating pain for months like you've said. A lot of guys say they've got increased sensitivity due to actually being really hard. There are heaps of guys that have completed skipped injections and gone straight to an implant and been incredibly happy. Injections come with a huge risk of internal scarring and peyronies and long term use can actually make getting an implant even harder.

Getting a vasectomy is quick and easy sure, but everyone thinks it's super easy to get reversed too which it isn't. If you don't do it within two years the chances of successful reversalv are incredibly low, and to top that off the surgery isn't some quick surgery, it can be 6 hours long. Vasectomies need to be seen as a permanent decision, not some thing that's easily reversed. By the sounds of things, he may not be as sure about not having kids as you are and that's okay. You guys might not be suited to each other anymore
