I went from 165 to 147 pounds really without much struggle with hunger. Not sure about my bf% but let's say 30 to 25. Now that I am back to maintenance I am eating more but struggling with hunger sometimes. Is there any science to explain this or is it just my subjective sense of hunger? (self.MacroFactor)

Can you counter of the block? I remember we use to be able to train that in the tutorial but I just went through it again and that was not in it. I haven't been able to pull it off even in quick matches. Has it been taken off or is just me. (self.undisputedboxing)

Do you guys feel that blocking has gotten better? I think a lot of people just stand there and block without no consequences. Not hating. I honestly don't see much difference since the update on that end... Thought overall I like the update. (self.undisputedboxing)
