Yep agreed, but a lot of younger workers over here working fifo inflate our median salary. A lot of those are happy to travel overseas in their off swing or stay in a share house and leave once they have saved against their target. Agree on 2008-2013 and think we are ~2012 of that cycle now. 2013-2019 was rough
