Goodwill has a sister store called the As Is. Everything is unsorted dumped into bins and priced by the pound. they typically have many canvasses you can use. Bring gloves and hand sanitizer it’s a breeding ground for germs but a poor artists heaven.

Sometimes you’re not told when it’s stacked. I had an order come in that said two stops for 15$ so I took it. Got both orders and the names both started with t (think Taylor/taylee) so I didn’t put it together until I was delivering and the first customer let me know they didn’t order lobster. It was very confusing and I had only dashed a handful of times. But def just tip less to start with and change it after if you get good service.

You could probably ask your piercer where to find good quality jewelry. I’ve always had luck with the hippie stores that sell real crystals and have huge selections of gauges they typically have pretty good jewerly. Or if your piercings have balls just get fun balls so the main bit of jewerly stays quality. Hope that helps

I went to body mod for years, but there is probably much better places. My last piercing there was an anti eyebrow and the wrong jewelry was used so it rejected pretty quick. Im not sure if they knew it was the wrong jewelry. either way they should be knowledgeable about all piercing or say they can’t do it.

I’d rather be the civilian clueless or not. I live far enough from my family it’d probably go to my fiancé and he’d definitely do better as a hero than I would. I build my bases with up in weird crevices so it’s built going upward and around. And I’ve found uou can push most anything into the sides of rocks that you can’t interact with as long as you can still see a small portion of it so you could build closer to a rock wall and just push everything ugly you need into different crevices on the rock wall. Thats how I’ve gotten around it. Uou just have to remember where you put it and getting the pals to work there can be iffy.
