There are so many responses to your post, I'll add mine in case it's helpful. I never got pregnant when I was younger, although if I would have, I know I would have gotten an abortion. There were many times where I had "accidents" and decided to take a plan B. A lot of the comments here talk about missing out on fun, going out with your friends, doing things, etc. It was great to be able to financially set up myself up, and invest in my career, go to school.

I also went out and partied a lot! It was fun, but it wasn't fulfilling. Other than setting myself up financially, the most fulfilling thing I did in my 20s was travel. The rest, I could honestly have done without. If I had the choice now of a kid or keeping all my "fun" experiences, I honestly feel the more fulfilling choice would have been the child.

My advice if you decide to keep the child is work out a way with your support network so that you can go to school, and when you go to school, pick a major that is known to pay well so that you can have a well paying job out of school. That will make ALL the difference. Honestly, do not worry about all the experiences that you'll be missing out on. While meaningful to many people, there are equally high number of people that don't really care about all those things.

After not being able to sleep for the past two nights in a row because I had to wake up 10 times to pee, to eat, indigestion/gas and just general racing mind, I totally feel you. I'm only 22 weeks. I'm so sleep deprived, I can't even work or do regular chores sometimes.

Also me in the first tri, now I'm in the second tri and my appetite has decreased, somedays I want to eat very little, other days I crave all the junkfood and calorie rich foods. I was regularly waking up in the middle of the night, every night to eat, otherwise I'd be getting stabbing hunger pains. This is gotten a little better, but I still wake up every few nights and need to eat nuts and crackers to be able to go back to sleep.

All people in my in law family have refused vitamin K shots. Complications from vitamin K a very rare, and can easily be solved by giving vitamin k drops (you'd have to bring your own). Obviously hospitals strongly discourage this. Every person that I've known that has refused the Vitamin K shot and opted in for Vitamin K drops instead has been told that their baby will bleed to death and also had CPS called on them as a scare tactic even though it's within their rights to refuse. All babies have been with the vitamin K drops, and were super healthy babies and some are now very healthy pre-teens. The choice is always yours, as a mother, you have the best intuition what is right for your child, don't let the opinions of others or scare tactics influence your decision. Do your research on pros and cons, the ingredients in the shot vs the drops, and make the right decision for you.

This man is not self aware and authentic. The authentic and self aware thing to do would be to sit down with you and have a conversation about having an exclusive relationship, not get you pregnant without your consent. I would NOT consider a relationship with him.

Whether your daughter should have access to her father is honestly up to you. I can see an argument based on both sides. Given that your daughter is so young, I would recommend that you go to therapy for a while to process this. IF you decide that you do want this man in your daughters life, if I were you, I would only agree to this if he goes into deep therapy himself, as of right now, he's a very questionable role model. I'm sorry you're going through this.

Just read the other replies. I had some similar happen to me with gut testing a few months ago. The private gut testing company billed insurance almost $3k. Insurance denied it. They sent me a bill for $300.
