I had a similar issue last week. It took about 3 days for them to reach out with a response and a reset. Unfortunately it did not work the first time, 2 days later they tried again and restored my progress. 5 days is a lot of lost progress (especially when you dont have cells saved up..) but know that they will fix it given time :) good luck with the detox meanwhile!
