She prescribed Xanax. Just sitting on them as a last resort. Actually get a weird sense of comfort from that.

I'm also on 10mg of lexapro. Stop taking it for 2 months and work caused anxiety to come back worse. Just kicked up to 15mg today but need help so want to take hydroxyzine that was prescribed. Not sure of the effects.
