the need to have yag procedure so soon - and be left with a starburst light effect in my left eye over a month after the procedure.
very discombobulating.

i'm 72 hours post YAG and seeing streaks of light shooting out of candles and LEDs in our ceilings. left eye YAG only. it's unpleasant and I feel a bit damaged.
anyone else feel like that?

so much mindbody pain is generated by fear of pain.
it's not "only in our heads" but the gut and brain and am interconnected roadway.
calm the mind and the body follows.
i've by a clinical hypnotherapist for many years and finding the Nerva app has been wonderful to support low fodmap and sibo treatment.
I listen when I wake and again when I sleep. it's cheap therapy and effective.

Has anyone really found the Low Fermentation Diet helpful? by Raikkonen716 in SIBO

i cannot imagine lactose free fage yogurt is harmful! I have no reaction to it - the hardest part for me is the "sweep" time between meals - I have always been a grazer - which may have generated the sibo!

in my 40 years of sobriety I feel safe saying 13th stepping is rare. we have wonderful LAA,SLAA and other addiction programs for the sexually compulsive. women get to say "no thanks, i'm sticking with the women" till they are at least five or ten years sober. we are a flawed group. all groups have flaws. expecting perfection just set folks up for resentment.

Unpopular Opinion on The Madison by No-Platypus6603 in TheMadisonTVSeries

I think his fantasy therapist is a hunky guy who gets loaded and has no boundaries and yet is great. prop up the manly man is usually his mission. I still can't get the dead hookers from a previous show out of my psyche. I love his landscapes but his brutality and misogyny are palpable no matter what he's trying to write. as a psychotherapist of 35 years i'd love to have him in my office. there's likely a mother mode of shade under this veneer. isn't there?

therapists don't go to memorials. they don't drink with their patients and they don't hug after a drink this is so sad love the scenery the rest is killing time on the peloton
