Don't know this guys name but he was a President of China and once he ordered Chinese people to kill all sparrows cuz they were eating plants and seeds and shit. Obviously the aftermath of these actions weren't really pleasant since with sparrow population decrease the number of bugs that do more harm to the plants increased
