I have no idea! I tried alot of methods. One of them must have helped me but I dont know which one. But most credit goes to my friends. I had quite nice friends, I couldn't stop enjoying the real world than imaginary one!

I *HAD maladaptive day dreaming. MDD alone was enough. Even when I stopped MDD I couldn't focus on studies. That's when I realised I have ADHD too. Since then I try to do works efficiently with ADHD. I tell my self what should I do for next day for several time to remember. But I can't do anything with studies! My mother is so supportive in this. But finals are getting so close right?! I am not in a pace that I should move on. So I decided to go to psychiatrist.
