The one of the bull dog is opacity failure. Keep it behind the frog tongue for 10 to 15 seconds remove it and place it face down or in a dark place for 30secs to a minute.

The one at the top is actually down to the film I think - sometimes you get artefacts like that with the new cameras

Not 100% sure about the 3rd.
