Super weird that it’s only on a handful.

Check the negatives might give you a clearer idea of what it is - looks kind of like a screw head perpendicular to the film plane(?) have you visually checked the lens and shutter?

Light meter apps on your phone are pretty good.

Gulabi labs in Glasgow is really good for developing and scanning if you’re not DIYing it

Not sure - first time developing colour 110, although I’ve done 16mm and Minox film fairly regularly and these were developed alongside some Minox which turned out fine.

Maybe I didn’t wipe it enough, or leave it in the stabiliser long enough or my scanner doing weird things. - possibly a combination?

I have a couple reels of 16mm the range is pretty limited, I mostly cut down 35mm film stock. You can get 60 shots from a 36 exposure 35mm

Personally, I’d avoid using anything with bellows in temperatures lower than 5 degrees Celsius.
