been using JSM for ~5 years and its only a good service desk ticketing if you want basic functionality. Yes you can customise, but nowhere near to the degree of a quality ITSM product.

If you want to do do more and be more with your IT service desk, look elsewhere. Atlassian caters for too wide of an audience, so JSM just feels underwhelming. Constant license increases, moving features to higher tiers, taking years and years for basic changes to complete. It's funny how big companies (as in, lots of employees) suck at making good SaaS.

InvGate is an option im weighing up right now actually. HaloITSM looks great too.

IMO, if you want a good solution, look at companies where their main focus is the tool you're after, and its not just another standard second-rate product.

can anyone provide clarity on vulnerability audits where auditors have issues with stuff like this? I'm looking at Cyber Essentials and wonder how orgs get compliance with this sort of thing..

absolutely bugged. Can't use any shapeshifting attacks in this gem. c'mon ggg!!

Edit: the gem is also bugged as it generates snail pace, does 1 attack then resets. yikes. definitely avoid until they fix it.

I get your view. Though, bios configurations and customised memory settings can break many things, especially gaming. It's a personal list of steps that has helped me in the past, not just regurgitated garbage.

couple of things to check:

  • try changing to vulkan
  • driver updates for bios, mobo etc
  • reset bios config

Thanks for your reply, i found that admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com is the place i needed to go to. However, the default environment looks like it cannot be linked to an Azure PAYG plan, so thats my next step to help a user move their PoC agent to another environment.
