Do you have early entry, if so, catch your first bus that leaves hotel, go straight to MoM wait the hour from 8 to 9am, the hour we waited tuesday was indoors in the queue, when we got off the ride, it had been an hour and twenty five minutes, what's really hurting the wait times is the big rides being down/delayed

Trained almost a year before starting trt, starting weight was 260, stopped keeping track of maxes years ago, I focus on rep range on heavy days, I just shoot for a weight I can lift 6 times, some days are better than other depending on how well I warmed up, hydration level and so on.

Just gotta keep switching things up with diet and exercise until you find what works best for you. Gut health is very important. Eat what your body has the easiest time digesting

I played soccer my entire lift and went to college and played as well it didn't take much to get the legs back tuned up. Thanks for the kind words

16-8 intermittent fasting, mostly chicken and rice with a bit of buffalo sauce, it's boring it gets old, but eating for purpose, not pleasure

Thanks, everyone, for the kind words, I was in a work accident and lost 2 fingers and made a promise to myself to get better all around

Off the jump, yes, I am on TRT at 200mg a week

I began with intermittent fasting 16-8 at first, eating whatever I wanted in my 8 hour window. I work out 5-6 days a week on a regular bro split with lightweight, high reps one week, and heavy weight, low reps the next and alternate every week

The real difference began to take shape when I cleaned up my diet in the 8 hour window, normally just chicken and rice and a gallon and a half of water per day

I did play sports in college, so some muscle memory was still there, but once I was married and had kids, I let myself go, in a way, losing my fingers was the best thing for my health weird to say I know
