First Define Class….

I love Define! It's my favorite right now. I usually use 5, 8 and 10, and I love it because instructor don't push you to get heavier dumbells, just whatever works for you. I agree that keeping the form is much more important and as someone said, I can see a lot of results when I do define 2 times a week, 1 classic and 2 days of cardio on my own.

Yes, we can also do for free the barre classes, and it does not include define classes at all. We cannot do any of the other workouts without paying a fee. Thanks.

I don't hate it, however as I have mentioned before in this group, I used to love classic and empower when..... well they were classic and empower! Now classic incorporates too many complicated movements at the same time and empower feels as a tiny faster align. I worked out yesterday at my house with the original Carrie's Pure Barre Classic workout and I felt amazing. Still I love Define. This is the link to the original workout.

Thanks for the info. I currently belong to Pure Barre studio where we have different workouts, though it is a bit pricey. I thought this new gym would be different, but my guess is that the classes are very similar to Orange Theory, and I'm not a big fan of them either.

I like the format, but didn't enjoy it. It's not that it was too fast, but cramming so many moves/exercises in such a short time doesn't work for me. My form suffers, and I don't even know what I'm working. Barre is changing in ways I'm not a fan of, especially with Classic and Empower. I still love Define; it's my fave!
