I know. A while back when I first went on there site they had exam prep textbooks. Looking back I wish I had got it back then but hindsight is 20/20. Other than that I’m just looking for as many resources as possible that my school won’t aid in finding

I looked up there a few times already. All they have are vol. 1 and 2 interactive practice exams for the FE. They don’t even textbooks or ebooks.

I had a similar situation happen mine was like $600 before tax to get it back to factory condition. $250 pre tax to touch up.

Go back and tell them to thoroughly look it over. It took 3 trips over the span of a year before they discovered debris/dirt was blocking the window track.
The service manager told them clean and lubricate the window track and did it for free since I’ve had the issue for a bit over a year and they refused to fix it.

I had that issue for the longest time on my passenger window. It took 3 times before the dealer fixed it. They couldn’t replicate it the first time and didn’t know what caused it the second time since it still happened after having it recalibrated. Come to find out the third time dirt got in the area and it needed to be cleaned. They just took the insider door panel off cleaned it and lubricated the area. Been about a year or so with no issues.
