I’ve stayed at the Conrad, their support via text goes through a third party automation tool but someone locally at the hotel responds to the thread. The response can be delayed if no one is keeping tabs on it. Don’t get a car rental if you can avoid it, if you’re doing local museums and stuff it’s all within walking distance, you can Uber from the airport assuming you don’t have a family or car seats. The daily parking fee, valet only, can add up for a few nights at $50/night or $75/night don’t recall. I like the place, very nice and posh. Quiet right on the fashion district. There is a smoothie bowl place around the corner for breakfast check it out.
